Job description: Looking for an opportunity to join an OON Pelvic health and Ortho physical therapy practice that is looking for an energetic team member. We focus on providin quality care to our patients with one-on-one treatment sessions, and get to know each patient on a personal level. Team members must be excited to learn from all team members and Dr. Shaina Clemons

Who this position is NOT for: -Just someone dabbling in pelvic health PT. -Someone that just wants to come in and treat patients and leave right away. -Someone that doesn’t want to learn anything new.

This position is for: -A passionate pelvic health PT that has a strong orthopedic background. -A driven person who wants to be and become the best pelvic floor and ortho Physical Therapist. -A person who gets excited about learning and developing. -Someone that likes to treat the entire body to find the root cause. -Looking for someone that believes in internal exams as part of treatment plans to get the full picture of the patient. -Someone who loves people and values lifelong relationships. -Someone looking to treat people first and then the patient

Duties: Be able to combine Orthopedics and Pelvic Health to properly assess men and women in the pelvic health realm. Be able to perform internal exams and external exams of the pelvic floor. Understand that we work with multiple providers to bring the best quality of care to patients and a multi-faceted approach. Be able to make educational videos for patients and social.

Qualifications: New grads are welcome to apply but, must be enthusiastic and love working with pelvic health patients and ortho cases.. Will pay for intro courses as well as our own internal mentorship program.
