BreadSong is a bakery and bistro in Carmel Crossroads which during the day, focuses on sandwiches made on the breads we bake. We also have a butcher case and serve beer and wine during lunch. At knight we morph into SteakCraft.

This position is for morning and night shift forBreadsong and a full-service steakhouse known as SteakCraft - a high end Wagyu steakhouse which serves American and Japanese Wagyu. Shifts vary from Monday through Saturday from opening until closing.

The basic job description includes making espresso drinks, and other food items; roasting coffee, prepping food, serving food and drinks and helping clean the restaurant.

The business can be fast paced and requires standing for each shift. Lifting is also required up to 25 lbs.

The ideal person has versatile skills and availability - willing to work both evening and night and has experience in both food production and serving. If you have shift management skills - even better!

Daytime shifts earn from $18-$26, which includes tips. Steakhouse tip earnings are generally significantly higher.
