Bread & Cie Wholesale LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Sales Admin Near San Diego, CA

POSITION: Customer Service Sales Representative
HIRING PAY RANGE: $19 - $19.50
HOURS: 8 am - 4:30 pm
DAYS: Thursday, Friday, Saturday *(Holidays required)
STATUS: Part Time

Bread & Cie Wholesale is looking for a foodie with exceptional sales and office skills.

Highly motivated sales and admin professional needed to join our sales department. We are looking for a responsible, well-spoken, energetic team player with an awesome attitude. We want someone who has the desire and determination to learn the ropes while being able to open doors to new opportunities, and develop new relationships. This individual must be self-reliant, responsible, and passionate. Should be interested in local restaurant/food activity. Effective communication skills are mandatory. Must be able to stay focused and remain accurate in a fun but very busy office environment.

Requirements:

A driver's license.
Reliable transportation / vehicle.
Current vehicle insurance.
Strong computer skills a must.
Bilingual is a plus.
Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Presents company products and pricing to current and potential clients.
  • Visits wholesale accounts to check presentation of bread, condition of market racks and signs, and to get "in-person" product and service feedback from chefs, market supervisors, etc.
  • Generates new signage as necessary and maintains rapport and communication with chefs and store managers.
  • Receives change orders from chefs, market managers and market receivers and makes appropriate changes (credits, additions, reductions, etc.) in computer system and on appropriate daily invoices.
  • Generates wholesale invoices and wholesale credits on a daily basis.
  • Generates baking production numbers for baker's daily production.
  • Contacts chefs and market managers to ensure accuracy of daily inventories; in order to inform them of new products and/or price changes.
  • Communicates with drivers regarding any wholesale price changes, delivery route changes, delivery time changes, etc.
  • Communicates with owner/head baker to inform him of wholesale customer concerns, complaints, and new product requests.
  • Delivers orders as necessary to wholesale accounts.
  • Answers phone and door quickly, politely, and cheerfully.
  • Sustains awareness of the competition and products sold by competitors.
  • Follows current restaurant openings, trends, and chef changes.
  • Assists in the observation and collection of accounts payments.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and team spiritedness by willingness to perform all "as needed" tasks and to assist in all special projects.
