A Digital Account Director with bread & Butter is a jack of all trades, master of your domain, captain of the ship and has a proven background working in the digital space with restaurants, consumer food & beverage brands, destinations and hotels. You are dialed into your teams’ and clients’ needs; can’t wait to see what’s next in digital media; you’re a problem solver and always come to the table with a solution; an inspiring leader; are the day-to-day touchstone, brand champion and keeper of long-standing, meaningful relationships with both clients and your team. You are the social media account wizard, helping meet client goals by developing big picture strategies, creative content, engaging the online community, analyzing insights and consistently offering creative and on-point deliverables. You can build a team and are a solid mentor. You meet or beat deadlines, stay ahead of digital trends and always bring a fresh point of view. A Digital Account Director for bread & Butter should be thoughtful, a strong writer, possess an almost obsessive attention to detail, can often be heard asking, “What else?” and, most importantly, is excited about what bread & Butter is and what it will be.

Available Opportunity:

A Digital Account Director for bread & Butter is responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day to day basis. A Digital Account Director will serve as a liaison between the company and the client, actively overseeing creation and execution of overall social media strategy, content development and any other issues that arise. A Digital Account Director is also responsible for new business development for his or her office, working with teams on leads, proposals, budgets and growth.

Here’s What We Need: 

  • 8-10 years of hospitality and/or travel social media experience, preferable with agency vs. in-house 
  • Experience running multiple hotel, restaurant, food & beverage brands campaigns across Instagram, Instagram Story, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok organic social
  • Experience directing paid social campaigns, showcasing ROAS for hospitality, food & beverage CPG and restaurant brands
  • Experience directing influencer marketing campaigns with 20-30 influencer partners for hotel, restaurant and CPG food & beverage brands
  • Experience using social media software including Later, Planoly and other scheduling and reporting tools
  • Experience using Canva and/or basic social graphic tools
  • Ability to seamlessly work with photographers, videographers and other content creators to responsibly curate content for social aesthetics
  • Ability to provide sound guidance and strategy for multiple team members in time of crisis
  • A passion for cultivating relationships within the food and hospitality community
  • Appreciates the art of crafting the client story through social media partnerships, clever social aesthetics and key messaging
  • Media junkie- there’s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen
  • Has the ability to really dig deep into client goals to create strategic digital campaigns that drive business and make b&B invaluable to our clients
  • Enjoys creating social media campaigns that are creative, thoughtful, and help move clients toward their goals
  • Be the sounding board and resource for clients regarding social media goals and trends within the greater media landscape

Compensation range: $90-110k annually in addition to medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, cell phone reimbursement and unlimited vacation.
