Job Overview:
Brazos Taco Bar is looking for a full or part time manager to join our team in the Barracks Rd Shopping center. Scratch made kitchen with full bar and amazing patio space.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Ensure food quality and safety standards.
- Assist with payroll processing and scheduling
- Assign sections, side work, supervise opening and closing procedures
- Open and close out cash, daily sales and tip reports

Experience:
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Strong background in beer, cocktails, coffee and food
- Friendly, team oriented with strong independent management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively
