We are looking for an energic and driven person to be our Maintenance Coordinator at our Maintenance/Construction division in Grand Junction.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will serve as an integral member of the team and will provide support to our team in helping to schedule and coordinate work to meet the needs of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Process Work-orders.
• Technician & Sub-Contractor Scheduling
• Track Materials & Tools
• Track Outstanding Invoices
• Implement On-Call Schedule
• New & Existing Property Document Logging
• Answer incoming calls to maintenance and direct them to the proper person or department.
• Supporting Maintenance Staff and Assist Where Needed
• Customer Service for all external clients as well as our internal clients.

Qualifications:

• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor with co-workers, agents and clients.
• Must be proficient in the use of office equipment including computers, printers, copiers and scanners.
• Must be a self-starter with the drive and enthusiasm for quality.
• Must be detail oriented with a focus on organization.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle disruptions.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to work well with others, under pressure.
• Must have a proficient understanding of computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and adjust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
