The Implementation Support Specialist is the "Bridge" of Bravura, to support the team with an impact on the perception of quality and customer service.

The specialist is responsible for successfully managing customer deliverables and exceptional task management. This role is also accountable for delivering services in accordance with established Bravura project standards, and in the execution and delivery of other projects as assigned.

The primary location for this role will be in our Roswell, GA office.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple customer accounts
• Coordinate and deliver client software and all required items defined by customer scop
• Understand the main goals and objectives of the customer and map their requirements to the capabilities of Bravura's software
• Demonstrate creative strategizing and problem-solving skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Bravura's software, its configuration options, integration points, and best practices
• Act as a team-player
• Display excellent written and verbal communication
