Cleveland, OH onsite 5 days a week, M-F, 8-5pm
3-month contract to hire
JD:
o Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
o Level 1 & Level 2 software support
o Backend office MS Office Support
o MS Intune
o Active Directory
o Remote management
o Incident Request Management
Experience expectation: 2-3 years of level 1 or level 2 Help Desk or Desk Side experience
Cleveland, OH onsite 5 days a week, M-F, 8-5pm

- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Providing Level 1 and potentially level 2 Support
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Very high focus on customer satisfaction

o Backend office MS Office Support
o MS Intune
o Active Directory
o Remote management
o Incident Request Management
