Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our office and properties.

Responsibilities:

- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Dispatch maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

- Facilitate the leasing process by signing new leases, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications.

- List vacant units on various platforms, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions to attract prospective tenants.

- Perform light bookkeeping duties, including accounts receivable and payable, invoice processing, and tenant payment recording.

- Follow up on late payments and implement appropriate measures to address delinquencies.

- Maintain organized records of leases, tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software applications as needed.

Work Schedule:

- The Office Manager will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 2 hours per day to check emails, voicemails, mail, bills, and other administrative tasks.

- The specific hours for this daily check-in period can be flexible but must remain consistent from day to day.
