Job Skills / Requirements

Monday-Friday, 12:00PM - 8:30PM, $15/HR

Overall cleaning and maintenance of designated building space. Functions include cleaning, dusting, cleaning floors, emptying trash, cleaning windows/blinds, sanitizing and replenishing restroom and kitchen/break room products (e.g., soap, paper products, etc.). Must know floor care (use a scrubber, side by side buffer, Burnisher). Also backpack vacuum, Rug shampooer. Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. Responsible for the care of company-owned property (e.g., vacuums and other products used on-the-job).
Performs additional miscellaneous duties as required by the client and/or management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Floor Care. • Dust high and low surfaces (above shoulder height). • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, and restores dispensers with soap and paper products.
• Removes trash, relines trash containers, cleans receptacles if required and takes trash to dumpster.
• Dust mop and damp mops floors, vacuum, shampoo carpeted floors.
• Cleans additional rooms as requested (e.g., after special event or meeting).
• Clean refrigerators and other areas as instructed by manager.
Requirements:
Employees are required to obey all warning and safety signs and read labels on cleaning products.
Employee must be able to communicate in English.
