Supervises employees in sterilization, equipment distribution, or linen supply. Assists employees in day-to-day tasks and ensures hospital procedures are followed and standards are met. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager. High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
