We are continuously hiring provisionally licensed clinicians under supervision. You must hold a provisional license/be in a supervisee role. You must be a couple's therapist. You must be licensed in Washington DC (it is a plus if you are licensed in additional states).

We are looking for a professional provisionally licensed therapist with the experience needed to help clients resolve issues. The ideal candidate is someone who has a compassionate demeanor and is dedicated to helping clients find relief from various symptoms. A successful candidate will be an excellent listener and also be able to delegate responsibility as needed. This position will require working directly with our management team to evaluate client progress and keep track of treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients exhibiting a variety of emotional and mental disorders.
• Be knowledgeable about a wide range of therapeutic approaches and counseling theories.
• Work effectively with clients with diverse backgrounds.
• Provide client-centered therapy.
• Undergo additional training to update knowledge of professional standards, practice methods, and client issues in order to maintain professional competency.
• Participate in continuing education programs in order to maintain professional competency.
• Attend weekly supervision.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
