Braun Wealth Management of NEST Capital (BWM) is hiring a Full Time Client Associate for our Ft. Wayne, Indiana office. This open position is a result of continued business and client growth. At BWM, we aim to provide the best client experience possible through setting and then exceeding client expectations. A partial list of responsibilities for the Client Associate include tasks such as:

• Opening new accounts
• Account and asset transfers, contributions and distributions
• Support multiple financial advisors as well as other support staff
• Maintain up-to-date CRM database (contact info, actions, service records, etc)
• Run and monitor administration of new/existing household and account business reports
• Field incoming calls, emails, faxes, and correspondence
• Evaluate, process and work through account service requests to completion
• Meeting preparation and follow-up
• Greet and host office visitors before and after meetings
• Assist leadership with various projects
• Represent and enhance company Mission and Core Values

You should have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a client-first, growth-style mindset. You can work independently but must be a good team member as well. While most client interactions during the pandemic have been on the phone or Zoom, we have ramped up client meetings in the office so you must be comfortable working in an office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
