Cherry Hill law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to handle a high case load, work autonomously and as a team member. The successful candidate will also be comfortable in a support role and be open to training and feedback. Prior experience with Medicaid is helpful but not required.

Duties Include:

* Corresponding with clients, financial institutions, and long term care facilities to obtain records.

* Detailed analysis of financial and other client records

* Comprehensive review of client files to ensure completeness

* Preparation and filing of Medicaid applications

* Drafting of correspondence

* Data entry

* Filing/Scanning

Qualifications:

* Highly organized and detail oriented

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as a team member

* Must be willing to work 830am to 5pm, Mon-Fri

* Must have personal goals and desire to improve and grow

* Desire to truly help and serve our clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
