As a Residential HVAC Sales Rep, you'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining customer relationships. You'll propose tailored solutions, act as the primary contact during installations, and ensure company goals and quality are met. • High school diploma or GED
• Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the HVAC industry or similar field
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences
• Ability to understand customer concerns and translate them into business solutions
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Great selling and business-development abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
