**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician to join our team. The Kennel Technician will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of animals in our facility. **Duties:** - Feed and provide water to animals according to schedules and feeding instructions - Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and yards - Monitor animal behavior for signs of illness or distress - Exercise animals in designated areas - Administer medications as directed by veterinary staff - Assist with grooming and bathing of animals - Provide basic training and socialization for dogs - Interact with pet owners and provide excellent customer service **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a veterinary setting or animal care environment preferred - Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of basic pet grooming techniques is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) - Comfortable with dog handling and training techniques This position requires individuals who are passionate about animal care, have excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
