Branson Resort Management is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Branson, MO

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and schematics
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate contractors
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
