Bransom Homes is Hiring a Sales Consultant Near Burleson, TX

Bransom Homes is a leading home builder in Burleson, TX. and has won the builder of the year for the last 6 years. Founded in the early 2000’s, Bransom Homes has built long lasting relationships with craftsmen and suppliers to ensure that clients get the highest quality home that exceeds expectations.

We are seeking a friendly and professional new home sales consultant to sell and close new homes in our Reverie community. You will assist in driving new sales from a variety of sources such as referrals, real estate contacts, and through leads from our marketing campaigns. You will maintain continuous communication and contact with prospects and actively serve throughout the build process. The new home sales consultant will interact with the building superintendent and other support staff daily. You will also be responsible for the following duties:

  • Following up with potential customers
  • Generating referrals and leads through community engagement, realtor functions and other opportunities beneficial to lead generation
  • Connecting with realtors through hosting events
  • Creating and processing sales agreements and contracts
  • Manage and assist the new homeowner with selections (lighting, paint colors, flooring, etc.)
  • Managing change orders for customers & insuring that change orders are executed
  • Staying up to date on product knowledge and home sales/homebuilding industry knowledge
  • Stay aware of competitors in the market and understand the differences in our product

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of new home sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
  • Must be able to work on Saturday's (some Sunday's possible)
  • Must be computer literate and understand basic computer programs to create contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal, and written communication skills

This position requires a confident and enthusiastic personality with a strong ability to listen to buyers and their needs. You must be detail oriented, driven, energetic, competitive, and decisive with a genuine desire to assist someone in building their dream home. You must also be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced and team–oriented setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
