Position: Scale House Operator/Dispatcher

Reports To: Plant Manager

FLSA Status: Full Time

Location: Denver Metro and Surrounding Areas

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include; scaling commercial trucks loaded with aggregate products, dispatching orders, answering customer calls, maintaining a clean scale office/work area, and assisting the Plant Superintendent with general office support. Follows required Brannan administrative procedures such as daily recordkeeping for production activities. Perform all job functions in a manner that ensures consistent utilization of Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain all required MSHA certifications and Training records.

Qualifications:

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook email, etc.

· Extremely strong organizational skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Highly reliable and trustworthy.

· Ability to learn quickly and problem solve.

· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Ability to work very well with others or by self.

· Strong money handling/cashiering skills.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Bilingual a plus
