BranexGroup is Hiring a Billing Analyst Near Novi, MI

Job Description:

An analyst position that is responsible for business expense, insurance, SAP PO/Req approval, and

capital spending.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Communicate with plant/local personnel and coordinate insurance renewal.

 Performing weekly audits of corporate credit card.

 Calculating and entering monthly journal entries for credit card spending.

 Research to support employees with expense reports/set up new credit cards.

 Point of contact for local SAP req approval – validate accounts/cost centers.

 Local support of Capital Spending Purchase Requests

Years of Experience:

 5 years of accounting experience.

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree with concentration in finance or accounting.

Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications:

 Must be a self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work effectively within a team setting.

 Flexibility in work schedule is necessary to accommodate periods of high volume workload.

 In addition to strong analytical skills the successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective

interpersonal, organizational, documentation and research capabilities.

 SAP, Excel, Concur and other financials systems experience a plus.

Special Requirements:

 Overtime as required to meet month end requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
