Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

We have a leadership team with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of growth within the staffing industry. Branex Group was founded to fill the void that regional and national companies have due to a large client base, ultimately resulting in a limited talent pool. Ironically in the staffing industry, the longer that you have been in business and the more clients that you have, the fewer companies you are able to recruit candidates from due to contractual obligations. Because of an unemployment rate at nearly 0% in the technical field this has created an obstacle for some of the most successful staffing companies and hurt the hiring goals of clients that engage them.
- Responsible for shipping personnel and conformance to policy and procedures.
- Overall coordination and communication of the warehouse
- Drive and oversee corresponding root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Direct efforts of warehouse activities, including 6S.
- Coordinate/Assess required training and team building.
- Report as required KPI, and related corrective/improvement actions.
- Assist as required plant activities of the warehouse to effectively support plant operation.
- Assure all inventory control procedures are strictly adhered to, including FIFO.
- Coordinate the movement of all materials to and from all outside warehouses.
- Assure all incoming product is received from all vendors with the correct requirements.
- Assure all outgoing product is shipped to the customer with the correct requirements.
- Responsible for timely shipping of product to avoid premium freight costs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform daily safety walk thru.
- Responsible for container management and packaging
- Manage cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Materials Manager
- Supervisory Responsibilities- Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. In the event that this position becomes vacant, the Materials Manager will resume responsibilities.
- Environmental Responsibilities- Cooperation with action team directives
- Familiar with evacuation plans. Trained in clean-up modules. Keep all areas of warehouse and docks clean, organized, and clear of debris and resin.

- Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three (5) years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have supervisory experience.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- Hi Lo license with crane training required.
