Branex Group is Hiring an Electrical Design Engineer Near Rochester, MI
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Understanding of System Requirements Engineering required for customer functions within the electric drive systems field
- Ability to author system/component level requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication, team/leadership skills/experience
- Product design: 1 year (Required)
- Electric Drive Units, Electric Machines, Inverters: 1 year (Required)
- Electric Drive Systems or EDS: 1 year (Required)
- Generate and/or update engineering models, drawings, specifications, or other related documentation
- Designing and laying out new electrical systems
- Creating system models and simulations
- Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
- Producing necessary design reports and documentation
- Assisting in the manufacture of new electrical systems
