QUALIFICATIONS:

* RN nursing degree from an accredited college or school of nursing required (LPN is eligible in PA or NY)

* Current state license to practice as a registered nurse required

* Three to five years management experience preferred

* Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care community or other related medical facility required

* Compassionate, patient and good communication skills

* Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
