Brandywine Homes USA is Hiring a Leasing Coordinator (Onsite) Near Atlanta, GA

**** NOTE: This is an in-office position (not remote). We are located near the South side of the Atlanta Airport.

OVERVIEW:

The National Leasing Coordinator is responsible for providing a smooth seamless process from the time of application to move in for all new residents in their assigned properties. The coordinator is responsible for processing applications, creating all lease documentation, and completing all steps prior to move in on all assigned properties in partnership with the National Leasing Team. The coordinator must also ensure a positive customer experience for all rental applicants. *** THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION (NOT REMOTE) ***

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process all applications within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Follow up with tenants for missing documentation such as ID, paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, etc. using encrypted emails.
  • Create leases for approved applicants and continuously follow up for signatures, deposits, and move in funds.
  • Ensure residents provide proof of insurance to be uploaded and created in the system.
  • Ensure all residents provide proof of utilities to be uploaded into the system.
  • Manage the move-in process; ensure tenants receive their welcome package and executed lease and keys.
  • Communicate with local team members to coordinate the move in experience with local staff, if applicable.
  • Must be able and willing to travel throughout market area as needed (no overnight travel).
  • The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions is critical
  • This summary is not inclusive of all job duties. Other job duties may be assigned at any point by the employee’s manager based upon the needs of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of local housing ordinances and eviction procedures.
  • Full understanding of fair housing laws.
  • Proven and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with others in person and remotely.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of rental property management standards and practices.
