Brandt Companies is Hiring a BILLING ADMINISTRATOR Near Pflugerville, TX

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Oversee the steady growth of the BBI group while enhancing the business opportunities available to Brandt’s IPG, Service, and Controls groups. Develop and implement effective processes and procedures relating to project development, estimating, system tools and software, and project transitioning while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide leadership and support to team members.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Routinely consult with clients to discuss open items, closed items, questions, and future opportunities.
  • Proactively seek out issues. Ensure BBI’s tools and resources are being used practically in order to be as efficient as possible.
  • Prepare detailed reports and utilize effective metrics to illustrate the value gained by the client through the use of BBI’s services.
  • Make sure that pull-through work is identified and sold.
  • Utilize tools where it makes sense (EnergyLogix, Energy Print, etc.). Make sure that the cost and energy savings are presented and clearly communicated to the client.
  • Maintain awareness of client service tickets and promptly follow up, internally and externally, with resolutions.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with Brandt’s personnel and performance.
  • Conduct customer education and training on in-house applications and tools.
  • Utilize EnergyLogix on all sites where it is installed in order to manage and reduce energy on a real-time basis.
  • Ensure that all energy agreements are being managed on a weekly basis. Make sure the team consistently and efficiently tracks energy savings from energy services agreements.
  • Coordinate IPG and Service hand-offs. Ensure all documentation is transferred to the new project “owner”.
  • Ensure that all IPG projects are completed in a way that maximizes future IBB opportunities.
  • Serve as a sales and technical resource for selling Brandt services.
  • Develop/oversee an estimating process that can support sales and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a system for tracking historical data.
  • Develop creative ways to finance and implement capital improvements.
  • Continuously seek means for improvement and optimization of the BBI workflow and interdepartmental communication.
  • Assume additional assignments as requested/needed .

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or billing support position
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers
  • Strong MS Office skills, familiarity with WennSoft a plus
  • Familiarity with the operation of HVAC systems and/or energy management systems a plus
