BRANDSAFWAY is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

At BrandSafway, we know our employees are our greatest asset, which is why we give them the tools, training and resources to be successful. Come join our growing operations team. We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep for our Columbus, Ohio area. 
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls for rental and sales of scaffold, enter data (equipment) in and out of computer, help customer w/what they need, process rental and sales paperwork.
  • Ensure BrandSafway’s Life Saving Rules and Safety policies and practices are a part of every job and customer experience
  • Source consumables, equipment, and material through most economically viable channels
  • Reconcile packing slips and equipment reports to purchase orders to create receivers
  • Provide for timely and accurate delivery of scaffolding inventory to fulfill customer expectations
  • Process inventory reporting, balance inventory levels, and move and/or receive equipment from other branches to meet customer needs
  • Review sales generated material lists for accuracy and/or missing items.
  • Coordinate the sales, delivery, and/or erection and disassembly of scaffolding systems consistent with customer requirements and branch revenue and profitability goals.
  • Review and administer billing activities to ensure that customers are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation of sales activities and related expenses.
  • Order miscellaneous scaffolding materials.
Qualifications
  • Requires PC proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel.
  • Requires excellent oral and written, skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and personnel at other branch offices.
  • Requires proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic business math.
  • Requires good organizational skills and good judgment in making decisions
  • Requires an unwavering desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Requires at least 1 year of direct interaction with customers.
