Job Summary:

Directly responsible to the Clinical Head Nurse/Shift Supervisor/Director of Nursing as assigned.

• Collect data for Friday morning meeting updating previous weeks data and give to DON for
  review prior to sending to corporate office
• Scanning of specified reports and sending to corporate office weekly as directed after DON
  review of data
• Collecting data from unit managers weekly for DON review prior to scheduled meetings ie
  wounds, falls risk etc.
• Completion of any intake / survey data as appropriate
• Help DON organize office and setting up files for easy retrieval
• Help answer phone and take messages
• Respond to email communications as directed to do so
• Complete audits as directed
• Performs other tasks as designated by the Department Supervisor / Clinical Head Nurse / Shift Supervisor / Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

Education: Ability to speak, read and write English. Ability to follow oral and written directions in English.

Training and Experience: No experience necessary. On the job training will be provided.

Career Growth Opportunity:

Training as Certified Nursing Assistant is paid for by the facility with a pay increase of $20 an hour, once certification is achieved. (Typically less than 4 months, certification is achieved.) Conditions do apply, see Human Resources for more detail.
