We are seeking an experienced New Jersey Personal Injury Attorney to join our practice and represent individuals in personal injury related claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from initiation through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies to negotiate settlements and facilitate the litigation process.
• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to devise case strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and legal trends to provide knowledgeable counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing.
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience handling New Jersey plaintiffs' personal injury matters.
• Proficient litigation skills, including experience with drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and courtroom appearances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
