Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining hands-on experience in legal research and supporting our paralegal team with various assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal authorities relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
• Assist paralegals in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and organize materials for court filings, hearings, and trials.
• Scan documents and manage electronic and physical files to ensure efficient document retrieval.
• Provide general administrative support to the litigation team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work product.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program or recent graduate.
• Strong academic background with coursework in legal research, writing, and civil procedure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
