Brandon All-Stars is seeking a reliable, energetic part-time Retail Associate to work in our Pro Shop.

Schedule-

Monday 5:00-8:00 pm

Tuesday 5:00-8:00 pm

Wednesday 5:00-8:00 pm

Thursday 5:00-8:00 pm

*Possible Event hours TBD January-May*

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little direct supervision. The retail associate is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations. They will need proficiency in the ability to learn and use our choice POS system and business software. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Pro Shop associate will provide excellent customer service skills at all times with their bubbly personality and excellent communication skills while engaging customers with their product knowledge.

Responsibilities.

· Opening and closing the store according to opening/closing procedures

· Check and fill all orders on a daily basis

· Operate POS register to process transactions and handle cash, Credit Cards

· Provide excellent customer service

· Organize racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers and promote specific merchandise

· Stocking the sales floor with new inventory

· Assisting Pro Shop Director with all necessary tasks for keeping the store running smoothly

Skills

· Prior customer service and retail experience will serve as an advantage, but is not required. Great opportunity for learning!

· Strong verbal communication skills to deliver customer service

· Requires some physical capabilities including the ability to move around a store and lift heavy items above your head.

· High School diploma is preferred; further study (college, trade school) is an advantage
