Brandolier Creative in Waukesha is looking to add a part-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to our team with the ability to grow into a full-time position at our office. (This is onsite only)

- Manage client social channels, create posts and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube & Pinterest

-Create social media reports for clients on a monthly basis

- Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including print advertising, digital media, and social media

- Assist with video and photo shoots as well as editing photos and videos
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create and edit graphics or videos
- Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent design elements
- Create engaging visual content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels
- Experience with After Effects (motion graphics) or Wordpress (web development) or any 3D applications will put you at the top of the list

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with content management systems for website design and maintenance
- Understanding of production design processes and ability to prepare files for print or digital distribution
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
