Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Alabama
• Must be ABPTS board-certified in clinical electrophysiology
• Must be CPR Certified
• Will perform and document clinical exams
• Will review electronic medical records and referrals to formulate appropriate testing protocols
• Will conduct electrodiagnostic testing using current technology and equipment
• Will interpret electrodiagnostic findings and generate accurate, legible, and coherent reports
• Will collaborate and practice with other health professionals
• May travel to provide services at multiple clinics in North Alabama
• Must maintain excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to comfortably communicate with referring providers
• Must be proficient with various forms of technology

Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist (preferred)
• Professional demeanor and attire
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
• Registered and insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas
• Must be able to consistently work at a productive pace
• Must readily adapt to frequent schedule changes
