Job Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries for the business
• Update and manage a call board to ensure the right service members assigned to the right jobs to maximize job opportunities
• Outbound calls and bid follow-ups
• Follow scripts and continuously develop customer service skills

DISPATCH

• Dispatch and manage the whereabouts of multiple trucks and technicians in the field
• Schedule service appointments

SALES

• Place outbound calls to potential customers and membership opportunities
• Follow up on open estimates

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Service Titan – will train, if necessary
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of the plumbing industry and terms
• Must be able to work independently

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

• Plumbing industry experience 
• CSR/Dispatch experience (1 year minimum)
• Sales experience preferred
