Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing and account updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with sales initiatives by providing information and supporting the sales team as needed
