Braman Miami is actively looking to add a MINI Sales Consultant to our growing team! As a MINI Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Provide information on MINI models, features, and benefits to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth and efficient vehicle financing processes.
• Assist customers with test drives and answer inquiries about vehicle specifications.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Automotive Sales; 2 years of Sales Experience.
• Understanding of MINI brand values and product offerings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must.

Pay: Earning potential of up to $150,000 per year between salary and commission.
