```Duties```
We are seeking a confident, dependable, highly motivated, and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager and Upper Management in all aspects of community operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the Community is running smoothly
- Communication skills via phone, email, and social media
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving residents’ issues or complaints
- Assisting with visual decor and ensuring the homes are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Conducting product demos and providing technical payment support for residents
- Assisting with sales activities, including achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth - Collaborating with the Property Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall sales performance
- Taking debit/check payments from residents and posting invoices for residents via Yardi Breeze.
Sales Duties include:
- Prequalifying applicants and showing homes that suit their needs, budget, and requests
- Taking applications from prospective buyers/renters
- Verifying information ie. Employment, residential, income verifications
- Submitting applications and requested supporting docs to finance companies
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Experience conducting product demos and providing technical support
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of manufactured home sales are preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A passion for home sales and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, phones, fax machine, printer, etc. Yardi Breeze a plus
