Brains Workgroup, Inc. is Hiring a Sofware Support Engineer Murex Near New York, NY

Our client, a major bank in NYC or Iselin, NJ, is looking for Software Developer Support MX.3 Murex.
Initial 6 months contract with possible extensions or option to hire.
Hybrid commute (1/2 days per week on-site), possible remote if out of NYC Area.
Rate: $90-100/h on W2. C2C is also an option.

Software Engineer Murex

Responsible for support activities for Murex DEV and TEST environments (Refreshes, Debugging, BAU tasks)Major Responsibilities and Skills:

- Unix/Linux Knowledge (RedHat preferred)- Shell/Bash Scripting, Python is optional - Relational Database and SQL Knowledge (Sybase preferred) - MX.3 Environments Management/Deployment/Monitoring (L1/L2 Support)- MX.3 Technical Architecture Knowledge- Bachelor of Engineering or Computer ScienceRequired:

SHELL SCRIPTING
RELATIONAL DATABASE
DEPLOYMENT
SYBASE
TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE
