We are a growing, holistic alternative clinic that specializes in cutting-edge therapy based on reflex and hemispheric integration. We work mostly with the pediatric and teen special needs population.

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Sensory Motor Coach with a background in physical therapy (PT) or occupational therapy (OT) to join our team or fitness training, or Kinesiology with emphasis on fitness

This part-time position will gradually transition to full-time, leading to a role where you will be working independently as a senior therapist with your own clients.

You must have patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

Job Summary: You will assist the lead therapist in her session with the client, while learning the techniques and protocols implemented in the clinic. This includes therapeutic work, as well as fitness based work, digital therapeutic, laser, interactive metronome, listening therapy and much more.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology,exercise science, physical fitness or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working with special needs children, physical or occupational therapy preferred, trainer or physical fitness
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and their families.
• Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a coaching environment.
• Flexibility: Openness to evolving roles and responsibilities as the position transitions to full-time independence.
