- Undergraduate degree required in social work, counseling, human development, therapeutic recreation, or related field.
- Interested candidate should reside in coverage area.
- Experience in brain injury or related field.
- Community based case management experience, knowledge of rehabilitation principles, or comparable knowledge and experience.
