As a member of the Program team, the Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) is accountable for project/program planning and execution across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
The TPM works directly with cross-functional teams, including product management, multiple engineering disciplines, QA, regulatory, supply chain, sales, service, and external. The TPM is trusted to ensure successful development, integration, and deployment of our robotic and analytics products. This particular opening is expected to focus initially on our automated inventory management product.
The TPM team is part of a passionate set of professionals in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative start-up like environment. Our scope often involves management of our valued external relationships, including enterprise customers, partner companies, vendors, and of course our users.

Brain Corp headquarters currently operates Tuesday-Thursday in-office, with Monday & Friday optional-remote. TPMs are expected to exercise leadership judgment for their work location on remote-optional days, in consideration of their program needs.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego, California is $119,506 to $154,655. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
