Brady Sullivan Properties is Hiring a Marketing Specialist Near Manchester, NH
- Assist in day-to-day management of all marketing related activities for Brady Sullivan
- Design flyers, mailers, and advertisements
- Write all press releases for Brady Sullivan
- Develop award submissions
- Website Management
- Develop, write and publish content on social media sites on a consistent/constant basis, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage and respond to company reviews on various platforms
- Plan and coordinate special events
- Attend and manage project photo shoots
- Perform support role in marketing and business development
- Other related duties, as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related major
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proven skills in writing professional materials
- Proven skills in creative graphic design solutions
- Intermediate level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe PDF required
- Experience creating print ready products
- Intermediate level in all MS Office products
