The Rental Equipment Installation Technician role's primary job functions include, but are not limited to, working with the Rental Equipment Installation Technician and Project Coordinator, Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Inside Sales team to deploy and install rental equipment to customers’ sites for planned outages and emergency shutdowns.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the work performed by the rental operations team assigned to each job, which could include pipefitters, welders, and electricians.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The Associate frequently is required to walk and use hands to operate computer keyboard, mouse and telephone keyboard. The Associate is occasionally required to stand; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This position works in a typical warehouse/shop environment with occasional visits to job sites, which include outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the job site visits, the Associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
