This is a Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm position. There is occasional Saturday work. The location is perfect for the Atlanta area;

you are about 25 miles SE of Atlanta, so you are plenty close enough to enjoy the city when you want, but far enough outside to not have to deal with some of the traffic, and so on.

Your immediate supervisor will be a retired Navy NCO who is a great guy and excited about the military candidate pool, as he is looking for people that have discipline, are on time, know how to work until the job is done, all of the tenets that you worked under in the military.

Maintenance technicians perform various tasks with an electrical focus in the repair and maintenance of machinery, facilities, and equipment.

The technician exercises technical independence in determining work methods and procedures with tasks ranging from reading blueprints and installing new electrical devices to troubleshooting complex system issues.

Advancement to this position requires successful completion of the standardized mechanical aptitude test. They will send you a prep link to give you a feel for it.

Passing score is only 50%, as they know that most candidates are not multi-craft.

Base salary, $70 - $75K.
