You will drive the shuttle van and other company vehicles to pick up and drop off guest vehicles.

You will help keep the property maintained and cleaned on a daily basis to ensure a positive guest experience.We must always be prepared for our guests transportation and maintenance needs.Responsibilities :

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.

Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.

• Maintains a professional appearance and other tasks as assigned.
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after vehicle is repaired.
• Uses good judgement and safe driving skills.
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles.Qualifications :
• Clean driving record.

The ability to operate a cell phone and tablet, engage guest on a personal basis, and make the guest feel appreciated.
