ROLE DESCRIPTION:Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Marketing Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Meet established marketing activities goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
