We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. This Community Health Center has been a strong part of the community for multiple decades, treating a diverse and multicultural patient base.

Family Nurse Practitioners Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a
• Open to 4 or 5 day work week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
