Braden Counseling Center is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Bartlett, IL

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Spanish bilingual individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Position will involve hours in our Elgin, IL and Bartlett, IL offices. Skills tests must be completed to be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe documents and correspondence
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Collect payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
