**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from initial client intake through trial or settlement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct client interviews and maintain contact to obtain necessary information

- Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

- Manage case files and documents using document management systems

- Perform legal research and prepare case summaries

- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases

- Prepare materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and provide support during trials

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or similar role

- Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, and document management systems

- Knowledge of legal procedures for personal injury cases including filing and litigating claims

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to conduct interviews with clients and witnesses effectively

- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices

- Phone etiquette skills for professional client communication

Pay: $65,549.00 - $77,237.00 per year
