Bra Genie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Baton Rouge team full-time. Do you have a passion for helping women look and feel their best and enjoy connecting with customers? This may be the career opportunity you have been searching for!

We are looking for a performance-driven individual who has a proven track record of success in leadership and is team-oriented. The ideal candidate is motivated, an active listener, posseses a positive attitude, has an outgoing personality, a strong desire to help customers, and a desire to support their team. You will function as the second in command at the store and will work in direct support to the Store Manager. You will also be trained to act as a Bra Fit Specialist and will be an active part of the sales team. Utilizing the product knowledge you gain from our training program and your selling skills, you will assist customers throughout the fitting process, product selection, and purchasing while providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work Saturdays. (Store hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-7pm).
• The aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
• Excellent communication skills between team members, management and customers.
• Can work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• A drive to meet and exceed sales and performance expectations.
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and have strong organizational skills.
• A passion for helping women look and feel their very best! Must be comfortable working in an intimate environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
