BQ & Associates is Hiring a Performance Manager Near Omaha, NE

Position Summary:

This position serves as the primary contact with our Corresponding Attorneys and our Forwarding clients. The Performance Manager will be responsible for daily interactions with our clients ensuring they have the necessary support, as well as managing the various processes that support our clients’ needs and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer service to our forwarding clients.
  • Assist the Corresponding Attorneys to ensure they are working the accounts effectively.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure they are flowing through the legal process timely.
  • Must have the ability to adjust to changing expectations of the client.
  • Assist the Forwarding Manager in investigating and resolving any problems that could affect our client relationships.
  • Assist the Forwarding Manager in preparing and responding to audit requests.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
  • Be proactive and respectable in all relationships.
  • Perform the necessary auditing processes for the special clients group.
  • Prepare reports/templates for NARCA conference and other seminars as needed.
  • Conduct balance and suit reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (A.A.) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Legal background preferred.
  • Must be able to pass background check (credit/criminal) and 10 panel drug screen.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a diverse fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Working knowledge of legal terminology and judicial process.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
  • Ability to write, type, see, hear, and use telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to walk, climb steps, bending, stooping and to lift up to 25 lbs.
